Who We Are
Bear Run, Inc. is a woman-owned and operated commercial contractor. We are currently headquartered in Alaska, and execute projects throughout the northwest United States. We specialize in Federal DOD and local government contracting. Such contracts include commercial construction, specialty product or material supply, and logistical planning and management.
What We Do
We offer proficient project execution including efficient communication, cost control, quality control, staffing, and on-site organization. Our previous projects include both new construction, repairs, alterations, specialty system upgrades, and specialty system supplying. We have specialized experience working in high security areas, occupied facilities, and around fragile/sensitive existing operations.
We have never failed to complete a project, nor have we ever been assessed liquidated damages.
Who We Do It For
Our clients primarily consist of federal and local government contracting agencies. Our Contract Specialists have more than 50 years combined experience in DOD and other government contracting. We are highly knowledgeable and proficient in the requirements of the policies and regulations that govern this industry. Specifically, we have substantial experience navigating the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR's), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR's), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and the US Army Corps of Engineers EM385 Manual (USACE Safety and Health Requirements). Previous clients include the United States Air Force, US Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, State of Alaska, and multiple Public and Indian Housing Authorities.
